Stimulus payment was only received by one spouse when both are on Social Security - why ???
We both have our Social Security direct deposited and should be eligible for the full $2400.
Instead, only one of us received the direct deposit of $1200 by the end of April.
What could be the reason the other spouse keeps getting the following message:
Payment Status Not Available
We are unable to provide the status of your payment right now because:
- We don't have enough information yet (we're working on this), or
- You're not eligible for a payment.
