Stimulus direct deposit after anticipation loan

I did not receive my stimulus payment on my Turbo Card supposedly because I received the anticipation loan, which apparently meant that the IRS didn’t have my direct deposit information. So I resubmitted my rounting and account number for my turbo card to the IRS via the “where’s my refund” tool. When I went to verify that I had the right numbers from my taxes..I realized that I had just submitted the same account information to the IRS that was already on my taxes when I filed. So why then is the IRS saying they didn’t have my direct deposit information? I am very worried about this! I need this money! I’m about to be homeless. Please help!
