I received an email stating that I needed to sign into the turbo tax portal to change my Banking info. I create an account with the email address that the email was sent to because I never had an account I always used the download tax software. When I login it states that my “

I tried calling customer service for help but had no luck. I’m getting frustrated because I keep receiving these automated call telling me to go change the info and also emails, but unable. This is very frustrating.
