update: Looks like it will be another week. No money today. IRS still says my deposit will go into the banking acct. I entered but no date yet. Seems like those who had to enter dd info on Wednesday are being pushed to the back of the line and not getting their money. I'm officially broke today. Was expecting it a week ago. At this point I wish I would have just left my dd info out and waited for a paper check. People are already getting those.

Not sure how they are getting paper checks. Those aren't getting issued out until the 24th. Either way. We will have to wait. I filed a better business bureau complaint against turbo tax. I think everyone should do it. That would help get some action.

Day 10 with out my stimulus deposit and now I’m guessing I won’t get it. Turbo Tax has done nothing to make me think other wise. Where are the specialist in the comments that where here before the checks start coming out. They’re no where to be found. This is so wrong.

@kanisha0418  you're right.... some checks have already started coming out this week.  I know first hand a neighbor got theirs Wednesday.  I, myself,  am still waiting and dragged along like the rest of you. I even set up USPS informed delivery so I can be notified of any mail coming to me. 🤦‍♀️😫

Did you ever get a resolution? I have the same problem..the last four digits the IRS have don't match my turbo tax card account

Nope no resolutions yet they keep saying that irs still doesn’t have our direct deposits.

I entered my bank info on the 15th. Finally got my deposit date on Sunday. Says I will get the deposit on the 30th. We will see if that it true. I used my personal bank info NOT TURBO TAX DEBIT CARD GREEN DOT BANK.  Crossing fingers.

@Taneeshab1   - I’ve had USPS informed deliver for years, and it only tells you the mail you have for that day, not mail coming to you.

From what ive gathered when it says not enough info (bc when i go to irs site and enter the info it asks fir mine says not enough info to determine eligibility and i know im eligible) its bc they haven't gotten to us yet. Or so thats what it seems idk. And idk of any way to speak to anyone neither to make sure that's the case neither?
