I’m having problems with that also. I imagine the app is crashing because so many people are trying to access it at the same time. The phone system is crazy right now too. Try a balance check at ATM maybe?

Yes, mine keeps telling me that the user name and password don't match. Then once I get that fixed, I tells me there is another issue. I just logged in to my account last night and had no issues. Today, MAJOR ISSUES
I tried calling the number on the back of the card and it wouldn't even connect. Never heard a ringing sound.
The irs tracking told me it was being deposited today to a card with the last 4 of a card I don't have. Does this mean Turbo tax sent me a whole new card? This is very frustrating

servers are overwhelmed.. jus give it a couple days & it should ease up.. haven’t had a issue with them before.. so I’m pretty sure this is nation wide..
same here its just a little suspicious to me that all of a sudden we cant check our accounts, i droveto an atm to see if it was on there it it showed a negative balance.

Turbo tax, get it together. Get the app back up too while youre at it so you can stop asking your customers who trusted you with this to call back another time.
Yes. I've been trying all day to check my card online but I can't get through. Can't call either. Just keeps saying try later. This kind of reminds you of the unemployment site huh? Wish they'd get it together.
The last four it was deposited to is not your bank card but you acct #. We are also having issues, cannot reach by phone, cannot login to turbo card, app down and IRS says it was deposited today. Not showing any deposits and have a balance of 0.09 cents. No one is in this alone. Some of us are starving over here though, really would like to eat.
Can you confirm that our deposits are even being made? Because the site shows zero reflection of any deposit.
