Stimulus money

My $1200 stimulus money went onto my Turbotax card Wed April 1 . NOW I cannot access my money. I've tried everything. Online says call and when you call it says get online. I'm VERY upset. Is anyone else having this issue??? PLEASE HELP!

I've seen a lot of similar posts with that April 15th date and I wonder if they are direct deposits that failed which means there will be a paper check generated

the IRS must send a letter within two weeks explaining what they did and who to call, etc .
