Irs wont accept my turbo tax info for covid

Every time i try to use the get my payment site for the irs it wont go through.  I  type my info straight off my tax return but the site doesnt recognize that it is me. My bank account info is correct,  any ideas on what i should do?

@lendra-zain-tsun yes they same thing has happened to me & I have been locked out the system, it's all because TurboTax doesn't share or give the IRS our direct deposit information even though we filed our taxes and received our funds direct deposit

The IRS Get my Payment information is based on either your 2018 or 2019 return, depending on which return the IRS used to calculate your stimulus payment. If you filed your 2019 return early, it may be based off of that information. But, for some taxpayers, it is based on your 2018 filing.

Your direct deposit information is included on your tax return Form 1040 for refund processing when you file. It is not separately reported to the IRS. If you did not receive direct deposit of your refund, the IRS will not have your bank information on file.

I need to change my direct deposit on file for the IRS. I attempted to go to the IRS page and fill out the get my refund but there was not an option to change the information

But how do we fix it? There is no way to go in to fix the information.

Okay are you talk about your tax refund, or your stimulus check, cause I just went there & you can check for your refund now, cause refund & stimulus/care act are to different things, if for your stimulus check you should be look for one think okay, GET MY PAYMENT, click on nothing else & again just came from the IRS site & it's still you may be clicking on the wrong thing.
