I’m suppose to receive my stimulus check via direct deposit through the turbo debit card and I have yet to receive it. I don’t understand why it hasn’t gone into the account and why it’s taken so long.

Good morning; we went through the same thing with our Turbo card account, so on Apr. 15th, we had to update our payment / direct deposit info on the IRS payment website - now we're getting our deposit on this Thursday (into a different account, not the Green Dot Bank / Turbo card account).
