(Payment status not available) No updates on my stimulus payment! 4/26/2020

It's 4/26/2020 and I've gotten no updates on my stimulus check and everything i read just says keep trying the IRS website, but all I get is the same error. I don't know if others who used turbo tax are having this problem as well but it's very irritating. Does anyone have any advice? I've been checking every day since they added the portal on the website.

have you sent in your 2019 tax return and has it been PROCESSED ?

It just says Payment status not available, and yes I've already filed and received my refund

this is the FAQ on the IRS website: 

The Get My Payment application will return "Payment Status Not Available" for several reasons, including:

• You are required to file a tax return, but:
• We haven't finished processing your 2019 return
• The application doesn't yet have your data; we’re working on adding more data to allow more people to use it.
• You don't usually file a return, and:
• You used Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here but we haven’t processed your entry yet
• You receive an SSA or RRB Form 1099 or SSI or VA benefits; information has not been loaded onto our systems yet for people who don’t normally file a tax return.
• You’re not eligible for a payment (see Eligibility).

We update Get My Payment data once per day, overnight so there is no need to check more often. If you are eligible for a payment and have provided your information either through a recent tax return or the Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here application, please check back for updates.

Yes, I already know all of that. The point is I meet all of the criteria and I'm still getting the error. everywhere I look online just says the same thing but its a week out from when I should have gotten the money and still nothing. I don't know if turbo sent my info though or whats the hold-up but I really need this money I'm out of a job and the only advice/help I can get is the same info copied from the IRS website.

@Anonymous - Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the stimulus payments.  And the IRS call centers are closed due to the virus, so the best information is what they have on their website, which I provided to you.

Have you submitted your 2019 tax return and HAS IT SETTLED (accepted or in process could be the hold up) 

suggest checking that website no more often than every 25 hours to see if there are updates.

just so there is no mistake, here are the qualifications for the stimulus: 

A1.  You may be eligible to receive a Payment if you:

• Are a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien;
• Cannot be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return;
• Have a Social Security number (SSN) that is valid for employment (valid SSN); and
• Exception: If either spouse is a member of the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the taxable year, then only one spouse needs to have a valid SSN
• Have adjusted gross income below an amount based on your filing status and the number of your qualifying children.

I meet every qualification on there, and still nothing. I guess there just no helping it. Everyone else got their money already and I'm just sitting here with nothing and no way to get it.

Do u work for the irs if not stop giving peoples the same information that they see on the website no u are not helpful stop giving advice

Turbo tax have everything to do with what is going are u serious turbo tax was supposed to make sure the irs has bank account information that is why turbo received people stimulus payments ok so let's not lie to the public because that is exactly what happened
