my credit card is showing up twice in my accounts

My chase credit card is appearing twice in my list of credit cards on mint.  One is current with expenditures and the balance and the other has transactions ending in Aug (2 months ago).  The problem it is is throwing off my total amount of debt that is appearing.  What should I do to clean this up
