I sold a rental home to my daughter on April 1, 2009. I held the mortgage and she made payments to me. This April she took out a new loan and paid off the balance of the mortgage. The payoff was $110,000.00 do I need to pay a quarterly tax payment. Based on last years taxes I will owe about 10,000.00 in federal tax
