message from get My Payment tool

Hello,

I need somebody to help me. I'm a single mother with a 16 years old daughter. i filed taxes in 2018 and 2019 and received my return via direct deposit. My AGI in 2019 was $42000

Now when I check the IRS "Get my Payment" tool, I get this error msg: "Payment Status not available" According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.

What should I do, I really need this money
