How do you post a "TurboTax Product Review"

TurboTax has a "Product Review" page. The homepage features nothing but very recent (just days old) glowing reviews, and claims that reviewers on average rate Turbotax around a 4.5 out of 5. And yet, there's no clear way to actually leave a review. At the top right corner of the Product Review page, there's a "sign in" option. But when I sign in, I'm redirected to my Turbotax software page, which provides no option to review. When I then revisit the Product Review page, I'm automatically signed out. This makes it dubious, to say the least, how anyone could have sincerely expressed the glowing reviews of the software on the home page in the first place. Who else has this problem? Please note: anyone who responds to this post should carefully explain, step-by-step, how to leave a review.
