Form 8857, Request for Innocent Spouse Relief

I was contacted by the innocent spouse department, I'm being granted a full refund. She said there would be a 30 day wait for my ex- spouse to respond before processing. The 30 days is up. My ex- spouse didn't respond. How long does it take for the IRS to refund the money?
