Form 1099-INT Worksheet Box 6

Box 6 is getting flagged as in error on my Form 1099-INT Worksheet but it is not letting me enter a value.  Box 6 is foreign source amount included in income.  I have an amount in foreign tax paid.  I have linked to Form 116 column A.  I see the amounts in Form 1116. But when I go back for Form 1099-INT Worksheet, Box 6 is still shown in red.
