duplicate charges

I was charged twice for turbotax on March 5 2019 ($299.96) and March 7, 2019 ($319.96)  I filed a request to return 2nd charge - heard nothing for weeks and then got a "solved" .   Nothing was returned to me and no recourse to have it solved.   HELP
