Credit card not updated

I’ve paid off one of my credit before due date.  but it still shows that I haven’t paid it and now my credit has gone lower. It hasn’t updated here in mint that it’s paid. This really is tragic, keeps lowering my credit every time it’s being updated for payments

Mint has nothing to do with credit score,  Mint does not report your payment/missing payment to any of the institute.  

it may be true that Mint didn't show you have paid, but it will not impact your score..
