Could I get stimulus check if I just became a green card holder?

I was not eligible for first stimulus check since my wife was H-4 visa holder with ITIN. 

I and my wife just got green cards and now both of us have SSN. 

In this case, could I receive stimulus credit via 2020 tax return?
