Backdoor Roth

I have RMDs from both Traditional IRA and 403b plans for 2020. All were taxed. I then contributed the full distribution amounts from the IRA and the 403b's into a single Roth IRA in 2020 that I had established years ago. How do I report this in the 2020 tax forms?
