Nah it is just broken. My other Amazon card through Chase works fine. At first, I was able to fix it by deleting the account and then re-adding it. But now it never syncs. The feedback I got was to switch to Chase LOL.
That being said, try deleting the account, logging out, logging back in, and adding the account again. It may work, but even if it does, there is a good chance it will break again the coming days or weeks.
