Through trial and error this is what I have found... (YOU WILL BE USING ONLY THE INFORMATION FROM THE FEDERAL RETURN)
On the first page of personal information; enter all information as you have it on your return. HELPFUL TIP****if you live in an apartment, suite or anything of the sort DO NOT include your unit number or letter. the system will not recognize it and if you keep trying to input it, you will be locked out and have to wait the 24hr to try again.
Once you get passed the personal page and get to the second page you will be entering information from your federal return only. If you include your state information you will be prompted to reenter the information until you eventually get locked out of the site for another 24 hours. The only information that you will not have to worry about being from your federal is where you want your payment to be sent. ****DO NOT USE THE CARD YOU RECEIVED FROM TURBO. For some odd reason they are not being recognized and you will have to wait on a paper check.
