2019 dependent now 2020 independent

I was wrongfully claimed as a dependent on my moms 2019 taxes and filed as an independent on my 2019 and 2020 taxes. I had a baby though and claimed her on my 2020 taxes so will I get a third stimulus payment for her and I if my moms 2019 taxes were used for her stimulus?

The IRS uses 2019 or 2020 tax returns to determine eligibility for your third stimulus check. If your 2020 return is already filed and processed, then your stimulus check will be based on that return.
