Tp military overseas pay? Not sure what to put

Overseas pay is military pay you received while stationed overseas. Can you please give me more information about which State you are working on?

For example, Maryland wants to know how much military pay was earned while being stationed outside the US because that oversea pay may be deducted up to $15,000.

How can I pay if I live overseas? I've tried paying with my federal return but it was rejected because I have a foreign address and my foreign credit card isn't accepted.
