No you do not. Active duty military pay is not taxed in Illinois. You can see more information on this at the following website: http://www.military.com/money/personal-finance/taxes/state-tax-information.html#IL
(There is a link there to the Illinois website). At the end of this answer, there is a great FAQ about military state residency rules.
If you are only stationed in Illinois, make sure you answer no to the questions in the Personal Info tab whether you lived or worked in another state other than your state of record.
Also, make sure of these entries on your W-2:
1. Sign in to TurboTax Online, click take me to my return, then pick up where I left off.
2. Click on Wages and Income, then Edit on your W-2
3. Scroll through the screens until Do any of these uncommon situations apply? Make sure the Active Military Box is checked. Your military pay will be correctly processed for your state of record. (Screenshot beneath the FAQ)
