Is your husband AD/MIL or a military dependent? If so, just because he didn't physically live there in 2019, does not mean he is a non-resident. What about you? Are you AD/MIL or a military dependent?

I am a TX resident with CA rental property with a loss, should CA(540NR) Part II section B line 5 Column E be ZERO?
