Im active duty military paying state taxes to Wisconsin. However Virginia where i live is saying i owe 2,500 in taxes. Please explain!

Wisconsin is my home of record.

I live in Virginia and own a house.

I pay state taxes to WI, and VA is saying i owe.

Does TurboTax not calculate the tax credit for Virginia military retirement income for retirees over 55, or does it and how do I get credit for it?
