I’m trying to check the status of my ga refund and the website is telling me the information i have enter isn’t correct? I’m entering the correct information and the amount of my state

The WMR?  tool for both the feds & state can take a few days to acknowledge the return in the beginning of the filing season  ... so if TT says the returns have been accepted for processing then check with the fed or state site once a day until you show up.
