I'm in the military and my home of record is Texas. Question 2 asks if I lived in another state in 2019 which I did, Colorado from May-Dec 2019. How do I answer?

If you were on active duty all of 2019, and you were in Colorado due to PCS orders, and your only income in Colorado was your military pay, enter Texas as your State of Residence and answer No to the question about living or earning money in another state.
