I live on an active duty military base in Germany because my husband is active duty. What should my state of residence be? Foreign or U.S. Possession or my Home of Record

I also work on base and am tax exempt because of my position

As a military spouse you can select to use your active duty's spouse as state of legal residency for tax purposes if you followed your husband to his duty stationed. Otherwise you would enter your state of legal residency/home of record.
