I am trying to fill out the personal information. The form asks me what branch of the military I served in. I was never in the military, but am unable to select that

It doesn't allow me to dismiss the question.  My husband is retired military but I am not

Go back and make sure you didn't state you were ever in the military. If you answered "yes" you'll be stuck in a loop
