Do I enter my combat pay into the nontaxable louisiana income on my state taxes?

No.

 

Combat pay is tax exempt on your Federal return as well as the Louisiana return. 

You do not add it to your income. 

 

Your combat pay should not be included in your income, so there would be no reason to subtract it out on the state return, even if you added it to the Earned Income Credit.
