Unfortunately, the only pay that can be "designated" in TurboTax as "active military pay" is the pay that is received from the U.S. Defense and Finance Accounting Service from performing military active duty. You can only select that option for the W-2 earned while being "military active duty" in the Army.
Pay received from working a part-time or full-time job for a civilian employer at the same time as in the military or before or after being military active duty is not determined to be military active duty" pay.
