Virginia state tax

I am 68 year old retired US active duty Army with 24 years service When will Virginia allow 100% tax exempt on military retirement pay. During 2025 or next year2026 return

I input W2 income as military pay but when I go to file for my state (Oklahoma), it states "You have reported zero in military pay on your federal return." How do I fix?
