Rental Royalty summary "Your Profit or Loss Result" shows only one of two properties. Why?

It's showing you the results of that one rental property - the last on you "just" got finished entering. Click continue and finish working through the remaining 4-6 screens to be returned to the "Rental & Royalty Summary" screen, You'll see what you're looking for then.
