Which to use: "Business " or "Rental Properties" for rental (sold in 2018)? I also bought one for flipping. Do I need to enter anything on the 2018 tax form for the new?

You will sell the rental in the rental section ... follow the interview screens carefully.

And the flip is not mentioned until you sell it.
