Where do you put the rent you paid someone to live in their apartment to get the renters credit

Indiana allows for renters tax credit for what you’ve paid someone to rent from them. Where do you put that on the state tax form?

The renters credit (if available) is not in the Federal portion of your tax return.

It is in the state section of the return.

Since each state is different, you will have to go through the interview to find it.
