Where do i enter my previous years rental property deductions carry over

I have carry over lost of $9.9K from last year. I dont know where to put in this year's rental expense. I put under "Other Expense". Is that ok?

No it is not OK...doing that will guarantee an audit letter.  If you have a passive loss carryover from form 8582 then you must list it as such ...look for that exact entry section in the rental section...read every screen in till you see it.
