What property tax code should I enter for the sale of a rental house that was always a rental house? It's NOT farming or a time share.

The question is right at the beginning, and the choices are "time share or residential", farming property, all other property types, or personal use property. Is a rental house personal use property under Sec 1275(b)(3)? or is it "Other"?

It is not personal use if it was rented. Other is the only option based on what you have listed. Would you care to clarity with more information? What form? State? etc
