What am I suppose to put in the box that says Arkansas long-term capital loss carryover?

Normally, nothing, unless you have a long-term capitol loss carryover.

A capitol loss is a loss taken on a capitol asset. A capitol asset is something like a stock or other investment property.

This quetion applies only if you have capitol losses recognized in Arkansas.
