Under rental property, there is a part for "Vehicle Expenses". Under that, there is "Other expenses for my car". In it, there are these...
- Work-related parking fees
- Work-related tolls
- Work-related local transportation
My question is... Does the word "work" means to my regular employment work OR business work related to the rental property ?

Ok... in the Rental property expenses section the program only wants expenses related to the Rental only. The term WORK is a generic term used in the vehicle expenses input section which is exactly the same for rentals, self employment and employee expenses.
If you are in the Rental Section, those expenses would be related solely to vehicle expenses related to the Rental Property only.
If you entered Vehicle Expenses in the Rental Section and used the Standard Mileage Rate, you can still claim Parking, Tools, and Interest.
Unreimbursed work related expenses related to your W2 income, are no longer deductible except for military.
