Transfer of Private Company Stock

In December 2019  I sold a number of my shares in a private company to other investors. The company says this is not a transaction for which they issue a 1099-B.

Where do I enter the information for the sales in TT?

Are you using TurboTax Business? You can report the transaction in the Investment Income section.
