There wasn’t an option for form W-10

Form W-10 is Dependent Care Provider’s Identification and Certification, and is not provided through TurboTax. However, a copy can be obtained through this website http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw10.pdf.

The W-10 is a form that the Care Provider fills out to confirm the child care they are giving.

My taxes are pending but I wasnt charged anything. I went with the free option but I did that last year too and still had to pay.
