Sold stock in 2019 got check in 2020

Sold stocks in 2019 but never got the check for the stock sale. Brokerage resent check in February 2020. Do I have Capital Gains in 2019 or 2020 since I didn't get the money until 2020.

You would have capital gains the year that you sold the stock. You must report your stock transactions for 2019 in 2019.

I filed my 2020 taxes a year late in 2021 and never got my Recovery Rebate Credit for my and my kids stimulus checks . Am I still able to recover it before my 14th?
