Since 2015 have 2 personal vehicles used in our business but TurboTax didn't ask about it for depreciation purposes & now I can't enter depreciation info for 2016 taxes.

I claimed the standard deduction for my vehicles when entering the mileage.  Does that prevent entering depreciation expenses?

The standard mileage rate already includes an amount for depreciation, so you cannot add it.
