Hi last year I had excess points for my Disney Vacation Club. I received $1500 for re renting out 3 days. I received a 1099 for the income. I submitted into TT and answered all the questions to the best of my ability and it completed form E. On final review it said that was an error since I did not rent it for more than 15 days but did not give me any guidance on what form to use.
any thoughts, miscellaneous income??

You don't need to report a home rental if it was for less than 15 days during the year. So, you should not report that income on your tax return. From IRS Tax Topic 415:
Even if I have a 1099misv reporting the income
Yes; it is not taxable, whether on a 1099-misc or not. You can keep it with your tax records with the IRS reference linked here. You can delete the 1099 and the Schedule E.
