Schedule K-1with no $ values other than in Part II Box L

I have been sent a Schedule K-1 with info in Parts I and II. Part III has no $ amounts in any box. Line 16 has the box checked for K3, line 19 has the letter A but, again, no $ amt, and line 20 only has the letter Z, no $ amt. Do I even have to enter this K-1 in Turbo Tax (report it to the IRS) and if I do, what do I do about the Line 16 that has the box checked?  Ignore it on TT and say it's not checked?

No, if there are no dollar amounts on your K-1 you do not have to report the form at all.
