Schedule B: Why doesn't Vanguard information appear for Ordinary Dividends on Schedule B?

Why doesn't Vanguard information appear for Ordinary Dividends on Schedule B while Fidelity Investments does?

Why does information regarding Schedule C regarding a business income appear when I don't have a business? Where is the amount coming from?
