Sales Section Title 1099B

Should I change the Sales Section Title that was imported from my Fidelity 1099B if incorrect.

It says UNKNOWN Term and UNKNOW Basis.

Do I leave that even though I know BOTH.

I change the basis and the acquired dates in Turbo Tax.

Should I change the Sales Section Title or DO YOU LEAVE IT exactly as it came from the Brokerage.

just enter the name of your brokerage firm.

section titles don't go to the IRS.
