Sale of rental property furnished

I sold a condominium that we had used for rental property.  The buyer's offer was based on leaving all of the furnishing with the unit.  Can I deduct the value of the furnishing using Turbo Tax.  The assumption is that the buyer would not have made the offer, or reduced the offering price had the furnishing not been included.  Thanks,

You could add the cost of the furniture in the Rental Condo you sold as 'Sales Expenses' when you report the sale in TurboTax.
