Renter's credit form for renting out a room?

I am renting a room in my townhome. Do I have to provide a CRP form for my tenant to claim a renter's refund? I am renting a room to my cousin for $500 a month.

Probably? There is no rental refund for federal purposes and you didn't say what state the townhome is in so we can't inform you of any state requirements.
